A one-time send or a recurring newsletter on the cadence you choose.
Send campaigns from your own Gmail or Outlook to the contacts you already have. Your AI agent drafts it, you approve, and it goes out personalized to every recipient. No new list to build, no separate tool to learn.
Missions and operations work one relationship at a time. The Newsletter is the layer that reaches everyone at once: broadcast plus automation. Send a campaign to a segment now, or set a recurring sequence on the cadence you choose, like a monthly market update to your whole book. The agent drafts and personalizes from your documents, you approve the send, and from there each cycle goes out to a freshly resolved audience on its own.
Pick a segment, and the agent drafts a campaign grounded in your work. You edit, personalize per recipient, send a test to yourself, and it goes out from your own address. Here is what that one screen looks like.
Recipients are checked for duplicates and unsubscribes before sending.
Your saved segment is resolved again when the campaign runs.
Hi Luca,

The flow is the same one in the app. You make the calls that matter and the agent handles the assembly, from audience to a clean, professional send.

Pick a segment or search for people by name. Suppressions are removed and the count is de-duplicated for you.
Write it, or draft with your agent. Subject, body, signature, and a personalized greeting per recipient.
Send now, schedule a date and time, or set a weekly, monthly, or custom recurrence.

Every campaign goes out from your own address, personalized and grounded in the contacts and history you already keep. It is the same agent that runs your missions and operations, working over the tools you have connected.
Campaigns go out from your connected Gmail or Outlook, not a noreply box. Recipients see a message from you.
Audiences come from your contact book: clients, vendors, an operation, or everyone who replied in the last 90 days.
Every send greets each contact by first name, with a clean fallback when a name is missing.
Opens and clicks are off by default. Turn them on when you want them, and only future sends are tracked.
An unsubscribe link is appended to every campaign automatically. Add your mailing address in Newsletter settings and it appears in the footer of every send.
Set a cadence once and each cycle sends to a freshly resolved audience. Turn on re-draft and the agent rewrites each cycle for your approval before it sends.
When someone replies to a campaign, that live reply can become a Mission, so a one-to-many broadcast turns back into a one-to-one conversation your agent handles. It is the loop that ties the Newsletter back to the rest of InVice.
