More relationships moving.
Less time spent chasing.

Invice takes the recurring follow-ups, document collection, scheduling, and coordination. Each person carries more relationships, less work stalls, and human attention goes to the decisions that need judgment.

If you have lived this,
Invice was built for you.

Four sentences we hear in every discovery call. Each one is client work that stalled because a person had to remember it.Client work stalls when the next step depends on someone remembering it.

A deadline passed because a document sat in an inbox for two weeks.

With Invice

Every open goal reports itself the day it goes quiet.

I have asked for the same missing document three times and the client still has not sent it.

With Invice

It requests exactly what is missing, chases automatically, and files what comes back.

Something went wrong on a file and I had to dig through months of email to find out what was said.

With Invice

Every message, document, and action stays with the relationship. The full history is one click away, not scattered across five inboxes.

I have hundreds of open files and no idea which ones are about to miss a deadline.

With Invice

Workload, risk, and stalled work are visible without a status meeting.

What Invice is

It knows, it reaches,
it runs. You keep control.

Works with your CRMCan grow into your primary client system

Invice is the Autonomous client management platform. It works across the tools you already use, maintains continuous context for each relationship, pursues goals through Missions, and runs repeatable client processes through Operations. It brings you in only when a decision needs you.Invice keeps context, pursues goals through Missions, runs repeatable work through Operations, and asks when judgment is needed.

01 · Know

Know the relationship

One continuous client context across Missions, conversations, documents, and connected systems.

  • Client records, companies, owners, and next actions
  • Custom fields, notes, messages, and relationship history
  • Search, imports, segments, and saved portfolio views
  • Vault files and client document requests
02 · Reach

Reach with context

Communicate through the person or company identity you authorize.

  • Website answers, qualification, and lead capture
  • Email and calendar from connected accounts
  • Newsletters and recurring personalized outreach
  • Document reminders, reply routing, and handoffs
03 · Run

Run the work

Missions pursue goals. Operations coordinate the process across many relationships.

  • Missions that pursue one defined goal
  • Operations that run a process across a population
  • Plain-English workflows and reusable templates
  • Follow-up, collection, scheduling, and coordination
04 · Control

Keep control

Set permissions, approvals, confidence limits, and escalation rules.

  • Assignments, coverage, handoffs, and team messaging
  • Attention, triage, and approval queues
  • Status, activity, and connection health
  • Permissions, action approvals, and readable audit history
01 · The difference

Most CRMs record the work.
Invice runs it.

Traditional CRMs tell you what happened: the stage, the note, the task that is still open.

A CRM

Records what happened.

Automation

Runs a step when a trigger fires, then stops.

Invice

Understands the relationship and keeps it moving until the goal is reached.

The record is where most systems stop. It is where Invice starts.

02 · Your existing stack

Keep the software
you already use.

Invice is a system of action over the systems of record. Connect what you already work in, and it reads context, acts through permitted channels, and writes updates back without rebuilding anything.

03 · The model

One goal per Mission.
An Operation runs the process at scale.

Mission

A persistent agent working toward a defined goal, standalone or connected to a client, until it succeeds, pauses, stops, or escalates. One client can have several Missions.

Operation

Persistent process intelligence that applies shared rules across a selected population, and creates or coordinates each contextual Mission.

How a Mission runs
01 / BRIEF

Brief the agent.

Tell it the situation, your process, the deadlines, the authority it has, and what good judgment looks like. The Mission learns your workflow in plain English, not in automation steps.

02 / OPERATE

Let the Mission run.

It follows up, collects what is missing, books time, and writes permitted updates back to your systems, for as long as the goal takes.

03 / ESCALATE

Stay in control.

When facts are missing, instructions conflict, or a decision exceeds the authority you gave it, the Mission stops and brings you the choice with its context attached.

04 · Persistent goal pursuit

It does not fire once.
It keeps going.

01Understands

It reads the relationship the way a good coordinator would: where things stand, what the next step requires, what is outstanding, and what deadline is closing in. Pulled from the systems you already run and grounded in your own instructions and the documents in your vault.

Trigger automation runs and stops. Invice runs this loop on every active goal, for as long as it takes.

04 · Persistent goal pursuit

It does not fire once.
It keeps going.

01

Understands

It reads the relationship the way a good coordinator would: where things stand, what the next step requires, what is outstanding, and what deadline is closing in. Pulled from the systems you already run and grounded in your own instructions and the documents in your vault.

02

Remembers

One relationship, continuous context. Every Mission connected to a customer contributes to the same history, and each Mission keeps its own state. Nothing lives in one person’s head, so the relationship survives a holiday, a handoff, or a departure.

03

Reaches

It follows up with customers, colleagues, and outside parties across the connected channels you already use. Sent from the identity you authorize, booked on your own calendar. Nobody is asked to adopt a new portal.

04

Collects

It works out exactly what is missing for the next step and chases it until it arrives. Second and third reminders go out on their own, and what comes back is filed against the record rather than buried in a thread.

05

Coordinates

Internal assignments, coverage rules, handoffs, and approval queues are managed around the relationship, so every customer has an owner and every exception has somewhere to go.

06

Updates

Status changes, notes, completed items, and communication logs are written back to your connected systems, on your approval, so the record stays true without anyone doing data entry.

07

Persists and escalates

It keeps working on your behalf for as long as the goal takes, re-reading what comes back and re-planning when the facts change. When something is ambiguous or exceeds its authority, it stops and brings you the decision with the context attached.

Five fundamentals.
One workspace.

  • 01Goals that keep moving
  • 02One continuous client context
  • 03Actions across your connected stack
  • 04Autonomy with guardrails
  • 05Intelligence across your client base
01Goals

Goals that keep moving

A Mission keeps working toward its goal across days or weeks, waiting and adapting until it is reached.

  • Runs for weeks, not for one trigger
  • Adapts when a reply changes the facts
  • Closes when the goal is reached
02Context

One continuous client context

Messages, documents, decisions, and preferences stay available across Missions and Operations.

  • Memory follows the relationship
  • Documents are requested and chased
  • Nothing lost in an email thread
03Execution

Actions across your connected stack

Within its authority, Invice communicates, collects, schedules, and updates your connected systems.

  • Sends from the identity you authorize
  • Books on your own calendar
  • Your client adopts nothing new
04Authority

Autonomy with guardrails

Rules, permissions, approvals, and escalation thresholds decide what Invice may do alone.

  • An owner on every relationship
  • A queue for every exception
  • A readable trail for every action
05Population

Intelligence across your client base

Operations expose the pattern across a population: what is moving, what is stalled, where the risk sits.

  • See stalled work the day it stalls
  • Workload and coverage at a glance
  • No status meeting required
The outcome

Serve more clients with the team you already have.

More relationships carried at once, none of them waiting on someone to remember.

FAQ

What people ask
before they connect anything.

Do I have to replace my CRM?+

No, and you do not need one either. Connect the CRM you use and Invice works on top of it, drafting the updates for your approval. Or run without one and grow into Invice as your primary client-management platform. Both work, and the choice stays yours.

Can it send things without me?+

Not unless you opt in. By default the agent drafts, proposes, and waits. You approve, instruct, or dismiss. Every action lands in an audit trail either way.

What does it need access to?+

Only what you connect: your email and calendar by one OAuth click, documents you choose to upload, and any tools you add. Each permission is explicit and revocable.

What happens when it is not sure?+

It stops and asks you. Invice acts only when the dates and facts line up, and escalates anything that needs a judgment call. It never guesses in your name.

Where does my data live?+

Your database and vault run in Supabase’s Canadian region, and the app serves from Vercel’s Montreal region. Documents are encrypted at rest, and nothing you upload is used to train any model. Model inference runs on the provider key you connect, so that one call leaves for your provider.

How fast can I start?+

Minutes. Sign up free, connect your inbox, add a model key with guided setup, and give your first mission a goal in plain English.

Which AI models can I use?+

Bring your own key from Claude, GPT, or Gemini. Invice never marks up your model spend, and your key is used only for your own missions.

Can my team work in it?+

Yes. The SMB plan adds seats with roles, a shared vault, assignments, and approval queues, so every relationship has an owner and every exception a queue.

What about tools you do not support yet?+

Anything that speaks MCP or has a declared JSON API connects through guided setup. Heavier OAuth sign-ins are on the roadmap.

What will Invice refuse to do?+

Guess. When facts are missing it escalates instead of acting. It also will not send from an address you have not connected or touch a tool you have not approved.

What Invice
will never do.

When uncertain, it stops and asks.
When clear, it moves.

03Touch a tool without explicit permission
04Decide anything consequential on missing facts

Built for security

Records and vault files are hosted in Canada.
Invice never trains on your data.

An agent that acts on your behalf has to earn the right to. Model inference runs through the provider you connect. Nothing sends without your approval unless you opt in, and encryption, key handling, retention, and audit are built first.
