Invice and your CRM

Your CRM remembers.
Invice acts.

A CRM records what happened: the stage, the note, the task somebody logged. Invice reads the same file, works out what should happen next, and does it. Connect the CRM you already run, or let Invice hold the client record itself. Both work, and the choice stays yours.

The difference

A system of action
over the systems of record.

A CRM
Records what happened.

The stage, the note, the task somebody logged. It is an accurate account of the past, and it is only ever as current as the last person who typed into it.

Invice
Works out what happens next.

It reads the same file, checks the dates and the facts against your instructions, and does the next thing: the follow-up, the document request, the booking.

Together
The record stays, the work moves.

Invice connects to the CRM you already run, acts across your email and calendar, and writes the update back for your approval. Nothing to migrate.

Two ways in

Above the CRM you have,
or instead of one.

Above your CRM
Keep the system you already trust.

Salesforce, HubSpot, or the industry tool your whole practice runs on. Invice sits on top through an explicit, revocable connection and leaves the record where it is. This is the default.

Or without one
Let Invice hold the client record.

If you have no CRM, or you are paying for one to do little more than store names, Invice can be the client-management platform itself: contacts, custom fields, pipelines, documents.

The choice stays open
Neither path locks the other out.

Start above a CRM and grow into Invice later, or start in Invice and connect a CRM when your practice needs one. Your data exports at any time.

Fair questions

What buyers ask
when they already have a CRM.

Is Invice a CRM?

It covers the same ground, differently. A CRM is a system of record: it stores what happened so a person can act on it. Invice is a system of action: it reads the record, decides what should happen next, and does it. If you want the record itself, Invice can hold it. If you already have one, Invice works above it.

Do I have to replace my CRM to use it?

No, and that is the default posture. Connect the CRM you run today through a guided setup, and Invice reads and updates it for your approval. Migration is a choice you can make later or never.

How is this different from the AI features my CRM already ships?

Most CRM AI summarises a record or drafts a message when you ask it to. It waits for you. Invice runs a process across your whole client book on its own schedule, acts in your email and calendar, and comes back only for the decisions that need judgment.

What stops it from doing something I would not have done?

Two things, at opposite ends. Upstream, it follows the rules you set in plain language and is grounded in your own documents rather than a model guess. Downstream, nothing sends unless you opt in: by default it drafts, proposes, and waits, and every action is recorded.

What does it cost next to a CRM seat?

Plans start at $25 a month for Solo BYOM and $100 a month for SMB BYOM, in CAD. Managed AI and annual options are available on the pricing page. 15 days free, no card.
